New Trial After Jury Disagrees
(New Zeaiana Press Association/ NEW PLYMOUTH, Aug. 21. Disagreement was announced by a jury at New Plymouth tonight after the trial of Thomas Stewart Rogan, otherwise known as O’Shea, aged 42, charged with theft of 3481 b of copper wire from the Post and Telegraph Department. A new trial will begin tomorrow morning. Mr Justice Turner is on the bench.
