SUMMER HOLIDAY FOR QUEEN
(Rec. 9 p.m.) LONDON, August 3. The Queen will leave London • on Wednesday for Balmoral where, with the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Charles and Princess Anne, she will spend summer holidays.
The Duke will spend the coming week at Cowes in the Royal Yacht Britannia and will fly to Scotland on Friday.
The Queen Mother and Princess Margaret, who are staying at Sandringham over the August band holiday, will return to London next week and fly to Scotland on Friday in an aircraft of the Queen’s Flight. Princess Mar? garet will motor from Aberdeen airport to Balmoral but the Queen Mother will spend some time at the Castle of Mey, her Caithness home, before moving to Balmoral.
