Christchurch City Figures

During June, 284 building permits, valued at £318.947, were issued by the Christchurch City Council. This is a of 15 permits on the number issued in June last year, although the value is £7105 greater; The greatest number of permits issued in any one ward was 6£ in St Albans, valued at £77.369. However, the 15 permits issued for the outer area of the central ward were valued at £98,416. The St. Albans ward also leads in the number of permits issued so far this financial year with 213, valued at £244,687. This value is considerably ahead of the value of permits issued for any other ward. Permits issued so far this year for the Spreydon ward number 144 and are valued at £136,612, the second highest valuation.
