JET TRAINING AT OHAKEA
Territorial Air Force Camp Members of No. 3 (Canterbury) Territorial Air Force Squadron will leave Christchurch tomorrow for a combined camp with the Dunedin Squadron at the Royal New Zealand Air Force station, Ohakea. Both squadrons will be flown to Ohakea from Wigram in a Bristol freighter. The officer commanding the Canterbury squadron (Flight Lieutenant H. Tully) . and the squadron adjutant (Flight Lieu--tenant B. G. Raos) will be aboard the plane. The camp ends on May 17. • While at Ohakea ground staff will undergo practical instwnction for servicing jet aircraft and pilots will take part in jet training aptitude tests at the Fighter Operations Conversion Unit.
