“ Major Stocktaking Due ” (New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, May 3. A major stocktaking of Government health services is due in this country, said Mr C. Cameron, secretary of the New Zealand Chemists’ Service Guild, at a meeting of the guild in Auckland. Mr Cameron said a Royal Commission should be appointed to examine health services and to recommend improvements. He also said a permanent research and statistical division of the Health Department should be set up to provide facts to assist in framing the administrative policy.
