Grant, S.M., in the Auckj 'and Magistrate's Court today oi charges against William Pointer Macey, licensee of the Trans Tas’ nan Hotel in Auckland, alleginj breaches of the licensing laws id the hotel’s £60,000 roof-top res< taurant. Macey pleaded not guilty t charges of opening licensei oremises for sale of liquor at time when they were require to be closed and to permittin consumption of liquor purchase before 6 p.m. in licensed premise when they were required to b closed.
