Import Licensing In Australia
(Rec. 8 p.m.) CANBERRA, May 3 Notice of a motion aimed at invalidating Australia’s import licensing regulations was given by a Government Senator in the Senate last night. He was North Queensland’s Senator, lan Wood (Country Party), chairman of a Senate Standing Committee on Ordinances and Regulations which earlier yesterday had tabled a report in the Senate stating that import licensing regulations should be disallowed.
