Report On Eden’s Recovery
(Rec. 10 p.m.) BOSTON, April 18. Sir Anthony Eden continued a “steady” recovery today after his abdominal operation last Saturday.
A late afternoon bulletin said that Sir Anthony Eden “has had a good day, and is making steady progress.’’ His surgeon, Dr. Richard Cattell, of the Lahey Clinic, said this morning that it was too early to determine the ultimate benefits from the operation to relieve an obstruction of the liver bile duct.
