May 31, 1957, from Charitable or Educational Institutions in the Dominion of New Zealand for grants from the J. R. McKenzie Trust. The Board can only make grants to institutions, and is unable to make grants to individuals,- while assistance in the way of capital expenditure, buildings, monuments, swimming baths, etc., cannot be considered.
