“In pursuance of the powers vested in it by Section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act. 1054, the Christchurch City Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order to permit the laying off of streets off Breezes road and Avonside drive at a width for each of their lengths of 50ft through Pt. Lot 3, D.P. 8650, and Pt. Lot 1. DP 6481, being part Rural Sections 273 A and 525, being part of the land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 553 folio 99. Canterbury Registry, subject to the condition that no part of any building shall stand within 15ft of the side lines of the streets." It is hereby further publicly notified that the foregoing resolution will be submitted to an Ordinary Meeting of the Christchurch City Council to be held in the City Council Chamber, situate as aforesaid, at 8 p.m. on Monday, the 18th day of March, 1957, for confirmation as a Special Order. IT is hereby publicly notified that the Christchurch City Council at a Special Meeting held in the City Council Chamber, 194 Manchester street. Christchurch, at 8.30 p.m. on Monday, the 4th day of February, 1957, passed the following resolution : "In pursuance of the powera vested in it by Section 170 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1954, the Christchurch City Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order to lay out the following land as a public street: Part Rural Section 64, comprising approximately 1 rood 06.9 perches, being part of the land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 466 folio 77, as the same la shown coloured red on Survey Office Plan No. 8284.” It is hereby further publicly notified that the foregoing resolution will be submitted to an Ordinary Meeting of the Christchurch City Council, to be held in the City Council Chamber, situate as aforesaid, at 8 p.m. on Monday, the 18th day of March, 1957, for confirmation as a Special Order.
