GOOD LAMB SALE
As usual there was much interest in the annual draft of lambs from the estate of R. O. Bradley (Charteris Bay), which were in Addington market this week. It was a measure of the good values currently ruling for lambs in the store pens that these good Southdown-Romney cross set a better average than they have done for the last five years. The 1105 in the selection averaged 60s 4d, with 633 selling at more than 60s and 58 at the top price; of 695. Here are details of the entries of Bradley lambs seen at Addington in the last seven years, with the average prices:—
