Reclamation in Spain.— Fina] approval by the Spanish Parliament is awaited of a bill authorising the drainage of the marshes of Antela (Laguna de An tela) at Ginzo de Limia, which will be converted into 10,000 acres of fertile land. The scheme is expected to cost £1,000,000, and it is estimated that 7000 cows will be kept on the reclaimed land.—Orense (Spain) (Reuter),
