(Rec. 8 p.m.) LONDON, December 22. Fog throughout Britain today seriously upset the Soccer programme for the first time this season. Several games were postponed. The English Midlands and North suffered most. In London and the South all games went on as scheduled. Six of the 11 first division games in the English League were called off, and one game was postponed in each of the English second and third Northern divisions, and one in the Scottish first division, because of smog.
