MINOR FIRES
One unit from Sumner answered a call to a fire in a washhouse at 13 Kinsey terrace, at 10.28 a.m. yesterday. The fire was out when the engine arrived. Slight damage was done to the wall and a wash-tub.
The interior walls and contents ol a washhouse at 64 Tancred street were severely damaged by a fire at 11.37 a.m. on Saturday. The fire started when embers fell out of a fire box under the copper. Two units from headquarters answered the call.
