Geophysics, Nuclear Physics, Particle Physics, Radiochemistry and Theoretical Physics. Applicants should have a Master’s degree or equivalent research expereince. Successful applicants will be expected to enrol for a Ph.D. degree, and to commence their studies as soon as possible. Scholarships are tenable for two years and may be renewed for a third year. The present value of a scholarship is £A77I per annum. Married scholars with dependent children may be granted an additional allowance of £A2OO per annum in respect of the first child, and a further £5O per annum for each other child. A grant will be made towards the cost of a scholar’s fares to Canberra.
