PAPARUA COUNTY COUNCIL. RUBBISH COLLECTION SERVICES. DUE to Christmas and New Year Holidays, the Refuse Collection normally made on Tuesdays will be made on Mondays. and the collection normally made on Wednesdays will be made on Thursdays. This alteration will apply during both Christmas and New Year weeks. Service for the remainder of the period will remain as usual. Tins should be out by 7.30 a.m. on collection days and no additional rubbish can be accepted during the the holiday period. SANITARY SERVICES. County Clerk. 2345 MALVERN ELECTRIC POWER BOARD POWER OFF NOTICE HORORATA CONSUMERS on Gordy’s road and in the Leach’s Track-Steel's road area, are advised that Line Reconstruction work will necessitate Power being Off every afternoon (except New Year’s Day), between 12.30 p.m. and 5.30 p.m., approximately, from 27th December to 6th January. If wet weather should delay this work it may be necessary to extend the afternoon shut-downs to 9th January. This work will also necessitate shutting down the whole of the area supplied by the Hororata feeder for a few minutes at 12.30 p.m. and at 5.30 p.m. on 27th December.
