A Parliamentary Select Committee has been appointed for the purpose of inquiring into and reporting upon the state and prospects of the wine-making industry of New Zealand, the effect of the present law upon the manufacture, distribution, sale and consumption of New Zealand wine, and any other matters affecting the industry.
