RANGIORA BOROUGH COUNCIL ALTERATION TO GAS TARIFF.' Consumers are advised that consequent upon the recent wage and coal price increases. the present rebate of 1/- per 1000 cubic feet has been abolished, and in addition the price for consumption over 8000 cubic feet per two-monthly reading has been increased by a further 1/8 per 1000 cubic feet.' The new tariff (on the basis of a two-monthly meter reading period), which will operate for meter readings made on and after 1/1/57, is as follows: For the first 2000 ft. 15/- per 1000 cubic feet.
