ROSE WALL WINS VICTORIAN TITLE (N.Z Press Association —Copyright) (Rec 10 p.m.) MELBOURNE. Dec. 17 At the Kooyong courts this afternoon Ken Rosewall made a fighting recoven to win the Victorian singles title from Lew Hoad. When bad light stopped play on Saturday Hoad held the advantage by two sets to "one but this afternoon Rosewall played splendid tennis to win in a row two sets. The score was 4-6, 4-6, 6-1, 6-4, 6-3 High winds affected the standard of the tennis and Hoad seemed to be well below his usual form.
