WOMAN FOUND DEAD
SEARCH OF WAITAKERE RANGES (New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, December 16. The body of a woman was found lying in a small pool in heavy bush country behind her home at Titirangi yesterday afternoon. She was: Mrs Elizabeth Ada Schell, aged 56. of Golf road, Titirangi. Mrs Schell’s body was found by Constable R. Stewart, of Glen Eden, one of a party of police, trampers, and residents who had been searching the Waitakere Ranges for some hours. Mrs Schell had been missing from her home since 1 p.m. on Thursday.
