WELLINGTON GAME WITH CENTRAL DISTRICTS
(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, December 12. The Wellington Plunket Shield cricket team to play Central Districts at Wanganui on December 25, 26 and 27, will be the same as that which played Mr J. H. Phillipps’s “Forty-niners” last week-end, with the exception that G. T. McConnell (Hutt), twelfth man for that fixture, is replaced by W. J. Haskell (University). The twelfth man for the Wanganui match will not, however, be decided until the day of the match, when the decision will rest with the captain of the team (R. T. Barber).
