Christmas Rally.—A Christmas rally was held on the property of Mr Reg Chamberlain. Ellesmere, by the Automobile Association (Canterbury) Caravan Club. Forty-one caravans took part in the camp, which was led by Mr M. A. Toomer. Toys, balloons, sweets and ice cream were distributed by Father Christmas, who arrived from the homestead in a “noddy train”—an engine and carriage driven by a motor-car
