NEW BRIGHTON POWER BOAT CLUB
Ten races were held by the New Brighton Power-Boat Club on the Estuary at Pleasant Point. Close finishes were seen. Results were:— Outboards.—First race: Impetus 1, George 2, Opal 3. Second race: Impetus 1, George 2, Pip 3. Third race: Rockafella 1, Toppa 2, Theo 3. Fourth race: Rockafella 1, Opal 2, George 3. Inboards.—First race: Kaniva 1, Classic 2, Seabird 3. Second race: Ace Hi 1, Apache 2, Bimbo 3. Third race: Fireba.’l 1, Seabird 2, Classic 3. Fourth race: Bimbo 1, Apache 2, Ace Hi 3. Fifth race: Seabird 1, Classic 2, Fireball and Bimbo (equal) 3. Sixth race: Fireball 1, Ace Hi 2, Seabird and Bimbo (equal) 3.
