P. Wylie’s Brilliant Riding

Against competitors whose standard of riding was extremely high. P. Wylie won all his races when the combined: cycling clubs opened the season on Saturday evening. The times recorded were exceptionally fast, and with such a brilliant beginning it appears some exciting racing will be seen as the season progresses. The cash riders gave a great exhibition of speed, and the time of 56.65ec for the half-mile put up by O. Duffy was excellent. B. Hazeldine rode very well.
