Sports Cancelled

Many sports fixtures were cancelled on Saturday because of the bad weather and the state of the grounds. The St. Bede’s College athletip sports were postponed. Although the'Canterbury centre, of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association, cancelled its opening at Rugby Park many athletes turned out for training and informal events.
