MOSCOW, September 20. More than 500 Spanish Civil War refugees, including 156 children, left Moscow today on their way home to Spain. They will sail from Odessa on Saturday on board the Soviet liner Crimea for Valencia. Most of the refugees went to the Soviet Union as children after the civil war. Diplomatic sources in Moscow said that nearly 2000 Spanish refugees have applied for permission to leave Russia, and 1300 of them have been given exit visas. About 5000 Spaniards went to Russia after the civil war, and some have settled there permanently.
