ATOMIC ENERGY CONTROL
International Body WASHINGTON. June 28. The 12-nation group working on preparations for an international atomic energy agency has reached unanimous rigrerment about inviting 87 nations to a discussion of a statute for the agency, lhe meeting wilt be held at the Un’ted Nations on September 20. and will aim'at finishing its work by October 24. It was learned that the invitation to the meeting on September 20 would contain a footnote in which thr Soviet Union. Czechoslovakia and India would explain their reservations about invitations to the governments of Vietnam, South Korea, and Nationalist China. President Eisenhower suggested the concept of the international atomic energy agency to accelerate the peaceful application of nuclear power.
