BUILDER ADJUDGED BANKRUPT
The Registrar (Mr G. E. Pollock), acting in the absence of the judge, made an order in the Supreme Court yesterday adjudging Geddes Allan Horgan, a builder, of Oxford, bankrupt. The order was made on the application of C. Hunton, Ltd., motor body builders, represented by Mr G. S. Brockett. Evidence was given that Horgan’s debt to the petitioning creditor was £l6B 18s 6d and no part of it had been paid.
