A farm of 48 acres was passed in at auction at Feilding at £lB2 10s an acre. The land is rich river silt end carries 35 cows and replacements. The farm is two and a half miles from the Feilding Post Office and has on it a four-bedroomed house and an extensive range of outbuildings.
