THE REV. ROY McKAY, the British Broadcasting Corporation’s new head of religious broadcasting. Mr McKay comes from Sevenoaks, Kent, and was educated at Marlborough College and Oxford University. Ordained deacon in 1926 and priest a year later, he has served for the last seven years as chaplain of Canford School, Dorset. Mr McKay is the author of “The Pillar of Fire,” and he collaborated with Bishop Geoffrey Allen in writing “Tell John.”
