World Charter For Animals
(From a Reuter Correspondent) THE HAGUE. The executive committee of the World Federation for the Protection of Animals has drawn up an international charter airtied at ensuring the freedom of animals. The charter calls for legislation in everv country where it does not already exist to provide for full protection for all animals, including a ban on the use of animals for the amusement of human beings, including bullfighting.
