i Williams was congratulated last evening on achieving 30 years’ continuous service on the council of the Canterbury Chamber of Commerce. The president (Mr W G V. Fernie) said Mr Williams’s record was probably nique. He had filled the main executive positions of the chamber. and given great service to the community.
,„?S? ssrs , w - F. Dawson and J. G. M Williams have passed the examinations for the degree of master of engineering (mechanical), according to advice from Canterbury University College.
