ISLE OF MAN T.T. TO ITALIANS
(N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) DOUGLAS (Isle otMan), June 6. Italian riders and machines took first and second places in the international light-weight (250 c.c.) Isle of Man Tourist Trophy race today The winner was C. Übbiali, on an M.V. Augusta, who also won the lightweight 125 c.c. race.
This is the first time anyone has won both the 250 c.c. and 125 c.c. events in one day in the 49 years of the T.T. history.
Übbiali won the light-weight 125 c.c race last year.
