WELLINGTON, .June 6. Good-humoured boos and jeers from about 50 persons at a public meeting at Wellington tonight greeted a statement by the Postmaster-General (Mr T. P. Shand) on broadcasts of Springook matches.
Mr Shand said that if every Springbok match were broadcast Rugby unions throughout New Zealand would be in serious financial difficulties.
