Cheviot County Road Work.—A tender was let for sealing the DomettHurunui Mouth road from Gillies bridge to Paton’s corner, subject to the approval of the National Roads Board, at a recent meeting of the Cheviot County Council. The cost will be about £8657. The full stretch of about three miles from Domett to Paton’s corner is expected to be sealed this year.
