AUCKLAND, June 6. For assault causing actual bodily harm, Charles McCormack Dunster, aged 45. a storeman, was yesterday afternoon fined £lOO and bound on his own recognisance of £2OO for 12 months on condition that he keeps the peace, particularly with his neighbours.
