TEAM TO ADDRESS MEETINGS
A week’s Christian mission Will begin at Canterbury Unversity College next week under the leadership of the Ven. E A. Gowing. Archdeacon of Christchurch: Dr. Albert Moore, Presbyterian minister at Tapanui, West Otago; and Mrs Joan Cochran, wife of Professor A. B. Cochran, of Victoria University College. Dr. Moore, who will give most of. the addresses, graduated master of arts
from Victoria University College, where he was also editor of the capping magazine. He was a .housemaster at Scots College before "Tie took his bachelor Of divinity degree at Manchester University and then a doctorate m philosophy at Gottingen in Germany. He has been a concert clarinet-
The team will speak on the foundanf°f!iJ° C Y S i cen A e ’ Ufe ’ and response of faith at lunch-hour meetings at the college. There will be three evening discussion groups, and devotions each morning. The missioners will be J™® 6 ♦ f £ r • p f ivate interviews throughout their stay at the college. The mission will end with church ser* vices on Sunday week.
