Ten Persons Drowned. Eleven negroes—none of whom could swim —crowded into a dilapidated 12ft boat for a joy ride on Lake Orr yesterday. The boat swamped, and 10 of them drowned. Six of the dead were young children.—Umatilla (Florida), June 3.
