PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Malvern Electric Power Board, to be held at 2 < p.m. on the 22nd day of June, 1956, at ; the Board’s Office, Darfield, the Special ; Order carried at a Special Meeting of ! the board, held on the 25th day of May. 1956, will be confirmed. The Special Order is pursuant to Sec- ] tion 45 of the Electric Power Boards Act, 1925: Section 15 of the Statutes Amend- . ment Act. 1938; and the Local Bodies J Loans Amendment Act, 1951, under which - it is proposed to raise the sum of £6500 ' for the provision of two Staff Dwellings in Darfield. The sanction of the Local ' Government Loans Board to the loan pro- ■ posal has been obtained.
