MAGISTRATE’S COURT

MONDAY (Before Mr H. D. Wood, J.P., and Mr F. J. C. Dann, J.P.) Glen Robin Braddock, aged 34, a commercial traveller, was charged with being in charge of a motor vehicle in Blenheim road on June 3 while under the influence of drink or drugs. He was remanded until June 11. Bail was renewed in his own recognisance of £2o. Raymond Leslie McClure, aged 35, a truck driver was remanded until June 11 on a charge of being in charge of a motor-vehicle in Lincoln road on June 3 while under the influence of drink or drugs. Bail was allowed in his own recognisance of £25. Charles Gordon, aged 42, a fitter and turner, was remanded until today on a charge of being found drunk in Cashel street on June 2, having had two previous convictions for a similiar offence within the last six months. He pleaded not guiltv. Bail was allowed in the sum of £5.
