A membership of 41 and a profit of £lOB was reported to the annual meeting of the Kaikoura Bowling Club. Election of officers resultedpresident, Mr D. McCallum; vice-president, Mr J. W. Heward; secretary, Mr L. K. Walker; treasurer, Mr W. R. Carson; committee, Messrs G. W. Benbow, J. R. Middlemiss, W. J. Lapham, J. A. Reid, A. S. Latter, and A. Mayes; selection committee, Messrs McCallum, Heward, and Walker; green superintendent, Mr Benbow; delegates to Marlborough Bowling Centre, Messrs R. McArtney and W. M. Bishell. SYDENHAM LADIES’ CLUB The fo lowing officers were elected at the annual meeting of the Sydenham Ladies’ Bowling Club: —President, Mrs M Kissell; vice-president, Mrs R. Ogden; sec-retary-treasurer, Mrs S. Harwood; centre delegate, Mrs R. Russell; match committee, Mesdames Kissell, Ogden, and Rosewell; committee. Mcsdames Rosewell, Wing, Boult, and Samms. Results of competition matches held during the season were - —Champion singles, Mrs R.
