Sea Of Galilee Incidents (Rec. 9 p.m.) WASHINGTON. March 6 An Israeli spokesman said today that Israel had protested to the Western Big Three Powers and to the United Nations Security Council against alleged aggression by Syria in the Sea of Galilee area during the week-end The protest lodged with the Security Council this afternoon complained that three Israeli policemen were killed on Saturday as a result of aggressive action by Syrian coastal positions in the north-east corner of the Sea of Galilee. It also protested against an attack on an Israeli plane said to have been brought down by Syrian machinegunners on the north-east frontier yesterday. Israel followed up its action in New York with similar representations by its ambassadors in London. Paris and Washington. It was understood that the Israeli Ambassador in Washington. Mr Ebba Eban, requested the State Department to include the protest on the agenda of British. French and United States officials meeting this afternoon to confer on the latest developments in the Middle East. The conference resumed Western planning on action which might be taken to avert a major outbreak between Israel and the Arab States and to end the fighting if war broke out.

Early Application.—A German father in Salzgitter, West Germany, applied to the local authorities to enter the name of his seven-year-old daughter in their list of people seeking a flat.
