Entries R. J. MCAUSLAND GAINS PREMIER AWARD The standard of exhibits in the West Melton District Horticultural Society's annual flower show was very high, in spite of the recent severe drought. Entries totalled 1070, compared with 950 last year. The premier bloom was exhibited by R. J. McAusland, of Shirley, and the most outstanding piece of needleworx was shown by Mrs R. H. Henderson.
