<Rec. 11 p.m.) BRISBANE. March 10. Rivers swollen by 10 inches of rain are bringing a new threat to Queensland's cyclone-devastated towns. Communications wrecked by the cyclone have isolated great areas of the northern half of the State. The first air passengers to reach Brisbane from the north today told .of houses smashed to splinters by the fury of 90-milcs-an-hour winds.
