ELLESMERE MATCHES At the completion of the final round in the Ellesmere Sub-association's competition for the P. V. Bailey Memorial Cup on Saturday. Leeston and Dunsandel each had 29 points. Leeston beat Springston outright by 10 wickets and Dunsandel also had an outright win. by an innings and 38 runs against Royal New Zealand Air Force. Weedons. There will be a play-off on March 17. Bowling for Leeston, the slow offbreak bowler, P. Lewis, took four wickets with as many balls for his third hat-trick this season. Two were caught and two clean-bowled. Springston was 66 for three wickets and five wickets fell at 69. The team was all out for 73. Leeston’s fielding was good, with 12 catches taken from 13 chances.

D. Lili took five wickets for 14 off five overs for Irwell in its match with Southbridge. He is a slow off-break bowler. T. Buckenham's score of 108 not out for Dunsandel included 21 fours and J. A team claimed the remaining four first innings wickets of the Pakistan Services eleven for the addition of 40 runs at Sargodha today, and the home side was all out for 307. Tony Lock, the Surrey slow bowler, took all four wickets in eight overs at a cost of onlv 14 runs.
