SATURDAY (Before Mr A. L. Burk, J.P.. and Mr A. C. Mitchell. J.P.) REMANDED Patricia Valerie Finlayson, aged 32, was remanded till today on a charge of breaking the terms of her probation order in that she failed to notify a change of address. Leonard John Douglas, aged 31, a clicker, charged with assaulting Maisie Douglas on January 6. was remanded till todav. Bail was allowed in the sum of £25. with one surety of £25. Walter Ashley, aged 45. a boilerman. • was charged with assaulting Winifred Alice Ashley and with damaging a watch, the property of Gordon Alexander Lithgow, to the extent of 6s, thereby committing mischief, He was remanded till today. Bail was allowed in the sum of £5O, with two sureties . of £75 each. George Patrick Flanagan, aged 35. a cook, charged with being idle and disorderly in that he had insufficient lawful visible means of support, was remanded till today. A man whose name was ordered not to be published was remanded till today on a charge of attempting to commit suicide. Bail was allowed in the sum of £25. with one surety of £5O.
