MISCONDUCT BY TRAINER ' £5O MAXIMUM FINE IMPOSED (New Zealand Press Association) HASTINGS, January 5. The Wanganui trainer, D. T. Marks, was fined the maximum of £5O by the Hawke's Bay Jockey Club's judicial committee today when an inquiry adjourned from Mondav was resumed. Marks was charged by the stipendiary steward. Mr P. J. Reid, under Rule 88 of the Rules .of Racing, which relates to misconduct towards an official.
