Advance Publication Of Honours List
(N.Z. Press Association —Copyright) (Rec. 9 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 6. The quarterly meeting of the Press Council on January 17 will consider the breach of an embargo on the publication of the New Year honours list. The embargo was broken by the newspaper, the "People,” on January 1.
The Press Council committee—an advisory body with no executive power —recommended that the full council should consider g jthe breach.
