SCHOOL SPORTS TOURNEY AT RANGIORA
Hurunui won three out of the four sections of the quadrangular Rugby and basketball tournament held at Rangiora yesterday, the participating teams representing the Hurunui, Ellesmere, North Canterbury and Malvern Primary Schools’ Sports Associations. The Rugby matches were played; at Dudley Park, and the basketball matches on the courts of the Rangiora High School. Results were« Rugby.—Under 6st 71b: Ellesmere. Under Bst: Hurunui. Basketban.—Under sft: HurunuL Open: Hurunui.
