ALLEGED THEFT OF CEMENT

Joel David Dale pleaded not guilty in the Supreme Court yesterday to a charge that on . January 10 he stole four Bags of cement valued at £2 16s, the property of John William Blance. After the jury had been empanelled the hearing was adjourned to this morning. Mr Justice Adams allowed Dale bail in his own recognisance of £5O. The Crown Prosecutor (Mr A. W.
